Green Bean Nigeria Limited
August 2022 – Present
Implementation of a vertically integrated specialty coffee sourcing/processing operation in Nigeria. This includes coffee farms to roasting/packaging facility and market access. The project began in 2023, and was implemented in 2024 in the region of Taraba with market access and a sales team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Shea Butter - Nigeria
June 2024 – Present (Ongoing)
Began in the idea stage, conducted research to understand the market and develop a vertically integrated operation from shea fruit to shea butter. Implementation includes a sourcing/processing facility and implementation of branding, market access and a distribution strategy.
Bridge Global
January 2023 – Present
A market-maker platform that connects projects to investors. The platform highlights the core problem of access to the right characters with purpose-driven ideas that focus on creating a need and impact with aligned investors. The technology includes a unique vetting process of character and identification of untapped value and provides access to knowledge and market opportunities. The platform also includes a DAO System of Governance with NFT utility contracts that are asset-backed, with a valuation process that is based on industry-specific metrics, tracing real value rather than inflated speculation.
Mokha Not Mocha
January 2021 – Present
Managing the full-cycle coffee harvest process in Yemen, from building partnerships with farmers to sourcing, purchasing, and processing coffee cherries into high-quality specialty coffee. Mokha Not Mocha has a clear mission to reestablish the value of Yemeni coffee and scale its presence in the global specialty coffee market. Leveraging harvest offerings, partnerships are established and coffee is supplied to specialty coffee roasters worldwide through a B2B model. In addition to co-roasting, roasted coffee is offered directly to consumers online through a B2C model. The founder, Abdulrahman Hayel Saeed, is also the founder of Nobody is an Expert.

Advising on their expansion from Belgium/Europe to the GCC market. Consolidating their group image, re-structuring of human capital and resources and building a market access strategy.

A fintech company specializing in secure, fast, and affordable international money transfers. Advising on their strategic growth, refurbishing their group image, refining their market positioning and supporting their expansion into the Saudi Arabian market.
Givanas Group
August 2022 – Present
A diversified Nigerian conglomerate across manufacturing, distribution, trading, and hospitality; they serve both domestic and international markets, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The founder, Samir Ajami, is also our partner in Green Bean Nigeria. Advising and supporting strategic expansion efforts, including establishment of coffee production operations and upcoming shea butter production. This helps to unlock new value chains, scale sustainable production (rather than their current activities of import and trading) and position Nigeria as a key player in high-quality natural exports.
